About LDS & Co.
A young firm with a long bench
LDS & Co. was founded in September 2017 by Chartered Accountants who had already
spent a decade building their craft. We set out to build a firm where that calibre
of work could be delivered without the distance and bureaucracy that often comes
with it. Today, we operate out of three offices in Kerala and serve clients across
audit, tax, regulatory, and business advisory mandates.
Our story
We started in Cochin with a small team and a clear idea: that businesses in Kerala —
banks, manufacturers, traders, family-run groups — deserved professional services
that matched what the best firms in Metro Cities were offering, delivered by people
who understood the local context.
In the years since, we have expanded to Calicut and Trivandrum, taken
on audit engagements for some of the largest business groups in the state, and grown
a team that now includes five fellow Chartered Accountant as Partners, Chartered
Certified Accountants (ACCA), qualified accountants, and a deep bench of
semi-qualified professionals and articled assistants.
Through all of it, what we offer has stayed the same: technically sound
work, delivered on time, by people you can actually reach.
